Background

 I am currently working as Manager in IT Advisory / Microsoft Practice and Power Platform expert consultant at KPMG Canada. I am mainly responsible for building and implementing solutions for clients using Microsoft Technologies. In addition to this I also performs the setup and configuration of the Dynamics CRM software and any related configuration/install. As a Performance Manager I am responsible for managing a team of Consultants and Senior Consultants and guiding them towards their yearly goals and achievements. I am also involved in pre-sales activities as a per-sales Solution Architect to provide advice and solution for prospective projects.

I have more than thirteen (13) years of experience as a software developer and application/solution architect involved primarily in Microsoft technologies. I previously worked at Xerox where I was first introduced to Microsoft CRM and was involved in developing and support various applications using Microsoft technologies along with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and has since specialized in the building solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Power Platform) / Dynamic 365 CE platform.

I am passionate about learning new Microsoft technologies and enjoys attending and interacting with Microsoft community during events and conferences. As an active member of Microsoft Power Platform community, I am involved as an organizing Global Power Platform Bootcamp at Global and local level. I always keep myself updated with the latest changes and releases related to Power Platform and other Microsoft Services so that I can include them in my design and convey same to my team and community. Dedication of staying up to date with all the nuances of Microsoft cloud services enables me to ensure that myself and the rest of the development team are always using Microsoft-approved extensions, services and functionalities. My analytical thinking skills and ability to effectively communicate with senior management and project team aids in my ability to deliver successful projects to my internal and external clients.
